Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. That is why we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.

RETURN POLICY

If, for any reason, you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. We offer refunds, exchanges, and store credit subject to the following conditions:

CONDITION OF RETURNS

Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unaltered, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
If an item is returned without meeting these conditions, it will be sent back to you at an additional cost.

REFUNDS

Full-price items are eligible for a full refund.

Sale items or items purchased during a flash sale or promotion are only eligible for partial refunds.

Final Sale items marked “Final Sale – Returns and exchanges not accepted” are not eligible for return. Any unauthorised return will incur an additional cost to resend the item.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Orders placed using a promotional discount code (excluding the 10% welcome offer) are only eligible for exchange or store credit, not refund.

SWIMWEAR

All swimwear must be tried on over underwear. The hygiene strip must remain in place. Items will not be accepted if the protective strip has been removed or tampered with.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING

We recommend that you try on all items as soon as they arrive to ensure you can return them within the allowed time frame.

NorgesTryggHandel.com accepts no responsibility for returns that are not delivered to us. We strongly advise using a tracked or signed-for postal service, as the returned parcel remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches NorgesTryggHandel.com.

RETURNS PROCESSING TIME

We aim to process refunds daily, but please allow up to 3–5 working days for your return to be handled.

  • You will receive an email notification once your return has been received by our team.
  • A further notification will be sent once your return has been processed.
  • If the return is due to customer preference, return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility. The exact fee depends on the courier chosen.
  • If the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error, the customer will not be charged for return postage.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders may be cancelled within 3 days.

  • Order processing takes 7–15 days after confirmation.

  • If you cancel your order before the delivery date and within the cancellation period stated on the website, the order can be cancelled.

Returned products must remain new, unused, and in original condition, with complete packaging, tags, and accessories.

Exceptions: Certain items (e.g. personalised products, promotional items, etc.) cannot be returned unless faulty.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty product.
