After this time, we will no longer be able to make modifications.

WHAT IF I AM NOT AT HOME FOR DELIVERY?
If you are not at home, a re-delivery will be attempted the following day or the courier will contact you to arrange a new delivery date, depending on the country and delivery method chosen.

You may also need to collect your parcel from your local post office if it cannot be delivered to your address.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We offer hassle-free returns within 14 days.

Items must be in their original condition, with the return label and hygiene seal intact. They must not have been used, washed, or altered in any way.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these requirements.

NorgesTryggHandel.com offers a full refund (item price excluding shipping fees).
All returns can be sent to our returns warehouse located in the United States.

• Once the items have been received, we will either send replacements or issue a refund (item price excluding original shipping fees).

• We are not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage.
